We are seeking a committed Attendance and Inclusion Lead to help ensure that every child attends regularly, feels supported and is able to succeed. This is a key role within the school, working closely with families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes for all pupils. Neil Mindham Executive Headteacher About the role You will lead the school’s approach to attendance and inclusion, combining strategic oversight with day-to-day work with all stakeholders.
