37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time +1) Scale E £13.90 to £14.58/hour. Approx. Salary £22,969 - £24,097 Start date: September 2026   A welcome from the Headteacher At Gaywood Primary School, we are proud of our warm, inclusive and ambitious environment, where pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn.   We are seeking a committed Attendance and Inclusion Lead to help ensure that every child attends regularly, feels supported and is able to succeed. This is a key role within the school, working closely with families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes for all pupils.   Neil Mindham Executive Headteacher   About the role You will lead the school’s approach to attendance and inclusion, combining strategic oversight with day-to-day work with all stakeholders.   Key Responsibilities: ·        Lead and monitor attendance across the school ·        Work with families to improve attendance and engagement ·        Support vulnerable pupils, including those with SEND ·        Promote a strong culture of inclusion ·        Work with external agencies and maintain accurate records We are looking for someone who: ·        Has experience working with children or families ·        Is organised, proactive and resilient ·        Builds positive relationships with others ·        Is committed to inclusion and improving outcomes We offer: ·        Supportive and welcoming team ·        Enthusiastic pupils ·        Strong commitment to staff development and wellbeing ·        Opportunities to work across the Trust For a full job description please click the link below.
