We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Pastoral & Attendance Officer to join our busy school team You will be friendly, welcoming and passionate about attendance and engagement in learning. Working hours: 37 hours per week 8.30am - 4.30pm with a 30-minute lunch, term time plus 5 INSET days ยฃ22,490- ยฃ23,213 actual annual salary Our ideal new team member will be: Customer focused in establishing a welcoming reception experience for parent, pupils, visitors and staff. Comfortable in a busy, high-pressure environment Passionate about efficiency and proactive communication The calm in a storm when things are busy. Highly reliable, flexible and able to use own initiative to solve and foresee problems.
