Safeguarding & CAF Support Officer Required from ASAP Part time (22.5 hours per week) Term Time Only Permanent Salary Grade E point 13-19 (Β£29,064-Β£32,061 FTE per annum) Β£15,201-Β£17,303 Actual Salary per annum Rosslyn Park Primary and Nursery School is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and hard-working Safeguarding & CAF Support Officer to work as part of the Pastoral Team and multi agencies within the Local Authority to reduce the risk of harm to pupils. This is a part-time, term-time only position working 22.5 hours per week. The working hours will be Wednesday to Friday (8am β 4pm). Rosslyn Park is a large primary school with over 500 children on roll and we pride ourselves on supporting each one of them and their families. Our children feel valued and have a sense of belonging to the school and the local diverse community. Key duties: β’ Play a vital role in the safeguarding of all pupils. β’ Act as Designated Senior Person for the school, attending multi-agency meetings as required. β’ Complete direct work with children. β’ Act as a Lead Professional when it is appropriate for the school to be the Lead Agency in Team Around a Family Meetings. β’ Complete home visits where required to support the schoolβs efforts to raise attendance.
