Qualifications and Experience

-Qualified Teacher Status

- Proven experience in KS2 leadership

- Evidence of further professional development -Excellent organisational skills - NPQSL or equivalent leadership qualification

Teaching Quality and Experience

- Excellent classroom

- Experience of leading teams and

- Experience of leading change and improvement - Experience of working with

external agencies or partnerships
