Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for a Administration & Attendance Assistant to join the office team at Holland Junior School. This role is term time only working 23 hours per week over four mornings between 08.15-14.00, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays. Key responsibilities include: Improve levels of attendance for all students. Promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture at The Pioneer Academy. Assist the school to reach its attendance targets. To provide a reception service for all callers to the school. To provide general administrative support. Specific responsibilities include creation and maintenance of accurate and confidential records, and complying with data protection laws.
