Working closely with staff, families, and external agencies, you will lead on behaviour and attendance, ensuring that every child receives the support and guidance they need to thrive. The Role This is a leadership role with strategic responsibility for behaviour and attendance across the school. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to promote high expectations, positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and strong relationships throughout the school community. The role will involve: Leading and developing a relational and restorative approach to behaviour Supporting staff to implement effective strategies that enable all pupils to succeed Working directly with pupils and families to overcome barriers to learning Monitoring behaviour, attendance, and pastoral outcomes to ensure the best possible impact for pupils Designing and implementing programs and initiatives to support disadvantaged pupils A teaching commitment throughout the school The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and reflective leader who is committed to continual improvement and who shares our belief that with the right support, every child can succeed.
