WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO: Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong commitment to high quality teaching and learning Has a genuine passion for developing new teachers and supporting colleagues at the start of their careers Demonstrates strong mentoring, coaching and Interpersonal skills Can Inspire, support and challenge trainee teachers and Early Career Teachers to become confident and reflective practitioners Is highly organised and able to coordinate programmes, manage documentation, and meet statutory deadlines Builds a positive relationship with ITT providers, mentors and school leaders Is reflective, proactive and committed to continual professional development Is enthusiastic about contributing to the professional learning culture of the school Shares the school’s commitment to high expectations, Inclusions and Improving outcomes for all students YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE: To lead and coordinate the school's Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Teach Induction programme, ensuring high-quality training, mentoring and professional development for trainee and early career teachers. This post holder will also teach a subject within their specialism, contributing to high standards of teaching, learning and student progress.
