Class Teacher KS1 or KS2, depending on experience

We are looking to appoint a full-time class teacher from September 2026. The year group and key stage is negotiable depending on the successful candidate's experiences to date. We have a proven track record of supporting ECTs within their induction years and beyond, with incredible training options. We welcome applications from ECTs, as well as from experienced teachers. For ECTS, we offer strong support - an experienced mentor whom you will meet weekly during dedicated release time; an excellent training programme using materials from the ECF; regular observations of experienced colleagues, including visits to other schools. For experienced teachers, we offer subject specific training, access to NPQs and professional coaching to support wellbeing and workload. Please note that, although this is a role listed to start in the new academic year, our INSET days are on 27th and 28th August and the successful candidate will be required to attend.
