Curriculum and Teaching Partner (Maths)

Tyne Coast Academy Trust are seeking an inspirational senior leader with a specialism in maths to join an extensive Curriculum and Teaching Central team. The Trust has three secondary schools; the teaching component of the role will be based at Walker Riverside Academy but the leadership aspect involves working across all three secondary schools bringing about greater alignment in pedagogy, curriculum, assessment and monitoring. You will be a well qualified, outstanding practitioner with a proven track record of leading whole school initiatives and outstanding examination results. The Trust, in return, will support your integration into an exceptionally talented central team and school team both of which are determined to bring about rapid gains in outcomes for our students. The Trust Central team has three Curriculum and Teaching partners for English, two for maths, two for Curriculum and Assessment and a senior partner co-ordinates the work of the central team. There are other workflows around numeracy, literacy and foundational knowledge across the curriculum.
