About You

An ECT who would like to gain experience working in an SEN Provision Unit whilst still maintaining their learning of mainstream teaching

We’re looking for someone who:

Has successfully completed their ECT two-year Induction programme

Has experience of working with children with Autism and/or EHCPs is desirable

Has a good knowledge of the National Curriculum with a good understanding of Assessment for Learning practice

Has the ability to establish good relationships within the team, with other colleagues and with pupils

Has a positive approach to school self-evaluation and an insistence on high standards

Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community

Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
