Pentland Primary School are looking to recruit an experienced full-time teacher to join our wonderful primary school. This role will include: Responsibility for the teaching and learning of the children. Responsibility for assessment and support plans for the children within your class. Communication with the parents. Coordinating of support staff and working collaboratively with the team. All duties and responsibilities as set out in the Teacher Standards. We are looking for someone who has: Experience of working in Key Stage 2. Experience of working with children who have communication and interaction needs. Experience of working with children who have cognition and learning needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resilience and a sense of humour. Excellent team working skills. The ability and passion to become part of the ‘Pentland Family’ and the desire to contribute to that. The desire and ability to make a difference to lives of children within our school. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the duties of a teacher in accordance with the Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and other relevant statutory provisions, and to carry out other such associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Head teacher.
