About the role As Deputy Headteacher, you will: Lead and inspire high-quality teaching and learning across the primary phase, including the development of a rigorous and robust monitoring system. Play a central role in school improvement, self-evaluation and strategic planning. Develop, coach and support staff, nurturing talent and future leaders. Champion inclusion, safeguarding and ambition for every pupil. Deputise for the Headteacher as required and contribute to Trust-wide collaboration. About you We are looking for a leader who: Is an excellent primary practitioner with a proven track record of improving outcomes. Has experience of leadership and is ready for a significant next step. Leads with integrity, empathy and moral purpose. Is resilient, reflective and excited by leading change.
