Teacher of Specialist Provision (AELP and Resource Base) Kingsbury Green Academy Salary: MPS/UPS Actual Salary: £32,916- £51,048 Contract: Permanent, full time. Closing date: 8am, 11th May 2026 Interview Date : TBC Anticipated Start Date: September 2026 Job Overview We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Specialist Provision Teacher to join our Resource Base team. You will support pupils with communication and social interaction needs, including autism, delivering high‑quality teaching, personalised interventions, and structured support so every child can thrive academically and socially. You will create a calm, predictable learning environment, use evidence‑based approaches such as visual supports and sensory‑aware practice, and adapt curriculum content to meet a wide range of developmental levels. You’ll work closely with the Specialist Provision Lead, SENCo, and wider inclusion team, while building strong, supportive relationships with pupils and families. If you are a patient, creative, and reflective practitioner with strong SEND knowledge and a passion for improving outcomes for children with communication and autism‑specific needs, we would love to hear from you!
