You will: Support pupils individually or in small groups to engage with learning activities Assist with behaviour management, routines, and transitions to promote a positive and safe learning environment Help implement Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets under the guidance of teaching staff Observe and report on pupil progress and wellbeing, providing regular feedback to teachers and the SENCO Support inclusion by encouraging participation in both curricular and extracurricular activities Assist with supervision during playtimes and lunchtimes, promoting social skills and positive interactions Contribute to maintaining a stimulating, safe, and well-organised learning environment Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil development You will work within a supportive leadership team committed to school improvement, where your contribution will be valued and your professional growth encouraged.
