Vice Principal Laceby Stanford Primary Academy Part of Wellspring Academy Trust Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Permanent Salary: Leadership Scale L8-L12 This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced and highly motivated practitioner who is passionate about safeguarding, inclusion, high-quality teaching and learning, and securing strong academic and personal outcomes for every pupil. The successful candidate will play a central role in delivering our schoolβs strategic Priorities, championing our 5 Cs Vision and contributing meaningfully to the realisation of our Vision 2030. Laceby Stanford Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Vice Principal to join our leadership team from September 2026. We Are Looking For: A qualified teacher (QTS) with recent successful leadership experience within a Primary School setting. Expertise in curriculum development, pedagogy and pastoral inclusion. Someone who can deputise for the Principal and model excellence in the classroom. A Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) able to effectively ensure safeguarding practice complies fully with statutory guidance. A supportive and experienced colleague who can support inclusion and help ensure all pupils access a broad, balanced and ambitious curriculum. A leader of whole-school assessment systems to ensure accurate identification of pupilsβ knowledge and understanding. A dynamic subject leader with experience of supporting curriculum intent, implementation and impact. A lead ambassador for high-quality teaching and learning, modelling effective pedagogy. A committed line manager ready to develop support staff to ensure effective intervention and classroom support. A team player ready to support the delivery of the School Development Plan and contribute to self-evaluation processes aligned to
