Performing Arts Technician Rickmansworth School About the role Location: Croxley Green, Rickmansworth Contract type: Term time plus 5 INSET/Additional Days, Permanent Hours: Part time 25 hours per week: Monday - Friday (To include working flexibly at times to support School productions, events,etc.) Salary: H4 pt 6 to H4 pt 9 £25,989 to £27,254 plus £1,045 fringe allowance Pro-rata - Actual Salary: £15,693.24 to £16,427.57 pa incl. Fringe Start Date: ASAP Rickmansworth School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Performing Arts Technician to join our supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to students' creative development and to inspire their passion for the performing arts. As a Performing Arts Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality drama, music, and dance lessons, as well as school productions and events. You will provide technical assistance in lighting, sound, and stage management, ensuring that students and staff have the resources and support they need to succeed in both curricular and extra-curricular activities. You will be at the heart of our Performing Arts department, working closely with teaching staff to create a safe, engaging, and professional environment that enhances students’ learning experiences across Key Stages 3 to 5.
