The successful candidate should possess strong communication, teamwork, and caring skills. It is essential to demonstrate the ability to make quick decisions regarding when to intervene to prevent children from injuring themselves or others, or when to refer cases of unruly behaviour to the Principal.Desirable qualities include knowledge of basic hygiene procedures and appropriate knowledge of First Aid.
