Teacher of Geography 📅 Start date: September 2026 🗓️ Closing date: 9am Wednesday 13th May2026 📍 Location: Kettering Science Academy 💰 Salary: MPS/UPS ⏰ Hours per week: Full time, permanent We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Geography teacher who would like to be part of a forward-looking team, focused on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences for all students. The successful candidate will mainly teach Geography but may be required to teach History, Geography and RE at Key Stage 3. The Social Science, History and Geography departments are all friendly and welcoming teams, who are committed to providing high quality teaching and a breadth and richness of experience for the young people who take these subjects. For us, teaching Geography and Humanities equips students with invaluable skills essential for navigating the complexities of the world. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of these subjects for fostering critical thinking, empathy and an understanding of human experiences across cultures and time periods. We want someone who can ignite students' curiosity, broaden their perspectives, and empower them to become informed, compassionate citizens capable of shaping a brighter future.
