Maths Teacher

About the Role As a Teacher of Maths at the UCS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire students to achieve excellence. You will work closely with the Head of Maths and department colleagues to develop a curriculum that challenges and prepares pupils for their next steps, from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 5. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational or linguistic needs. Using assessment data effectively to monitor progress and set ambitious targets. Supporting pupils to become independent learners who are motivated to extend their skills beyond the classroom. Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to school improvement.
