Icknield High School is a highly successful 11-16 mixed Academy with an excellent reputation, situated in pleasant grounds on the northern outskirts of town. We wish to appoint an innovative, dedicated and highly motivated classroom practitioner who can teach outstanding English up to GCSE level. We are justifiably proud of our excellent results, achieving an Attainment 8 score of 4.9 in 2025 and believe that we offer both students and staff a caring environment in which they can succeed. Overall, 83% of our students achieved a grade 4 or above, 71% achieved a grade 5 or above and 28% achieved a grade 7 or above.
