About the Role As our Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our school, with a particular focus on high expectations, assessment, and curriculum leadership, to develop exceptional teaching and learning. In collaboration with the Headteacher, your role will be to shape and implement the schoolβs vision, contributing both support and professional insight. The role includes a Key Stage 2 teaching commitment and leadership time, balanced to support our school's continuous improvement and your own development. This is a key role for someone with a relentless drive to improve outcomes, who is ready to lead across the school and contribute to its long-term vision.
