Inclusion Lead who will be responsible for leading inclusive provision throughout the school. This includes provision for children with SEND, those eligible for the Pupil Premium, EAL and Looked After Children and our growing nurture provision. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of supporting disadvantaged pupils to thrive. This is a role for an individual who values rigour, precision and accountability and who understands that high expectations and standards apply to everyone in the school community. The post is for three days a week (with some flexibility over which three days). We are looking for a person who: Who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Who is a reflective practitioner with high aspirations for all and a clear understanding of how children learn and how to adapt in order to overcome barriers to learning. Who will work closely and collaborate effectively with staff, parents and external agencies. Who is excited by the future and as part of the Leadership team, will both challenge and support the overall direction and life of the school.
