Waingels is seeking to appoint a committed, hard working Literacy Intervention and Inclusion Para Educator (IIP) to join our friendly, skillful team of Teaching Assistants and Para-educators, to focus on the provision of support and intervention for our students with literacy difficulties. Waingels is proud to offer students support within lessons, additional support through after school interventions and a designated fully equipped literacy intervention room. As an IIPat Waingels you will have the opportunity to work as an integral part of the inclusion team to help support our students in achieving their learning goals. The successful candidate would be expected to complete assessments of students, plan and deliver intervention sessions for small groups or 1:1, liaise with classroom teachers to share strategies and track and monitor student progress. Comprehensive training will be provided to support you in this role, alongside
