About the Role Are you passionate about teaching and excited to inspire the next generation? Are you passionate about helping young people succeed? We are looking for someone to work closely with students and families to reduce levels of absence. The role involves monitoring and reporting on whole-school attendance data, identifying key areas of concern and putting relevant interventions in place. You will play a key role in improving student attendance and engagement. This is a full-time, permanent position on a term-time only basis (38 weeks per year / 0.83 FTE). Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the school's attendance systems and procedures Work proactively with students, families and external agencies to promote regular attendance Analyse data and prepare reports Implement intervention strategies to improve attendance About Iveshead School An 11-19 school where students have the opportunity to study seamleslessy, within one extremely well resourced campus.
