About the Role As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire and engage pupils. You will: Plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to students’ needs Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and attainment Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards and outcomes Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies at all times You will teach primarily across KS2 (with a focus on English and Maths), using a range of teaching strategies and technologies to maximise engagement and achievement. About You We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree Has strong subject knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum Can motivate, inspire, and challenge pupils of all abilities Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills Is committed to inclusion, equality, and high expectations for all Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to school life Experience in teaching and a passion for innovative classroom practice are essential.
