and lead other staff/volunteers in the classroom. Supporting team commitment
with colleagues through collaborative planning. Reporting to parents to discuss and review progress. Attending SEN meetings and providing the relevant documentation to support the review. To lead on performance management for support
staff in your class with support from SLT as needed.
