About this Role Easton Royal Academy, Wiltshire is a small rural primary school, set in a lovely village, close to Marlborough, between Pewsey and Burbage. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching assistant to join our happy and successful school. At Easton Royal, our children are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all children Key Responsibilities: Support children's learning in the classroom under the guidance of the teacher. Assist with planning, preparation, and delivery of classroom activities. Provide support to children with special educational needs (SEN). Promote health, hygiene, and positive behaviour. Help supervise children during outings and short teacher absences. Support classroom organisation, tidying, and display preparation. Liaise with parents and external agencies as needed. Ideal Candidate: Enjoys working with children and values learning and development Calm, flexible, organised, and a strong team player. Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Has prior experience working with children (preferred). Maintains integrity, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
