Join Inkersall Spencer Academy as a KS2Teacher! About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to inspire and educate our wonderful pupils. This is an exciting opportunity to join a school with a strong team ethos and pupils who genuinely love to be at school. This role is not suitable for ECTS. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching to KS2 classes, meeting the needs of all pupils. Plan and implement engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and learning. Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate closely with colleagues to share best practice and support whole-school priorities. Engage with parents and carers to support pupil development and wellbeing. Qualifications and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils is highly desirable. Ability to manage a class effectively and create a positive learning environment. Desirable Qualities A genuine passion for working with children from diverse and challenging backgrounds.
