About the role

The Headteacher

and Governors at Beechwood Primary School and Nursery are looking to appoint a teaching assistant for a September start to work with pupils with

Special Educational Needs.

We are looking

for a teaching assistant who will share our school values and who has the

ability and enthusiasm to work with and support SEND pupils either 1:1 or

within small groups.

Previous experience

of working with SEND pupils is essential. This

position is suitable for a teaching assistant with proven experience and an

understanding of the importance of building a trusted relationship to meet a

child's social and emotional needs. The successful candidate should be a

positive role model and support with all aspects of self-esteem.
