Find out more: https://merchantsacademy.e-act.org.uk Merchants' are looking for a Reset Manager to manage the day to day running of Reset ensuring that students are effectively supervised and that high standards of behaviour are achieved. Key responsibilities: Ensure students are aware of the procedures and expectations whilst isolated and when necessary reinforce the reasons for sanction Responsible for ensuring there is work provided by staff and ensuring that all work is effectively distributed and collected at the end of each day Responsible for notifying senior leaders of any issues with work provided either in quality or quantity Communicate set work to students and offer help and guidance as required Develop additional programmes of work for students in relation to their progress whilst in Reset. Pay range: SCP 17 - 21 - £27,284.70 - £29,150.18 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Term Time only, permanent Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English grade 9-4 (or equivalent) Effective behaviour management skills Ability to implement successful inclusion strategies for all children Ability to work effectively in a team Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with pupils and parents/carers What are we about?
