We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will: Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with speech, language and communication needs Deliver targeted small group and 1:1 interventions to support learning and development Work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to plan, adapt and deliver an inclusive curriculum Monitor and assess pupil progress, helping every child reach their full potential Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment tailored to individual needs We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children with SEND (particularly speech and language or DLD is desirable) Is patient, adaptable and passionate about inclusive education Can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Is committed to supporting the academic and emotional development of every child Please look at our Job Description and Person Specification Do get in touch with us and arrange a visit, we'd love to show you around to see first hand what makes us unique.
