Core Purpose of the Role: Provide strategic and operational leadership for Art, Design, and Technology (ADT) across all key stages. Act as the subject expert in curriculum content, teaching strategies, and resources. Develop teaching and learning to ensure the highest standards of provision and student progress. Ensure the ADT curriculum is coherently planned
