The successful candidate will work 32.5 hours per week This is a 39-week-per-year role, which includes term time and non-pupil days. A Day in the Life: You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas: Working with individuals or small groups of children, in partnership with teaching staff and/or the SENCO, to deliver activities designed to enhance numeracy and literacy Fostering the participation of students in the social and academic processes of the school Supporting SEN students in gaining the ability to utilise IT in the classroom Promoting the inclusion of students with special needs within the classroom ensuring access to lessons and their content through appropriate clarification, explanation and resources What We're Looking For: You are the perfect fit for our team if you have: A good general standard of education (ideally Maths/English GCSE grade A* to C or equivalent) Ability to motivate, inspire and have high expectations of students and oneself Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with adults and children Why Choose The Sigma Trust?
