Our well‑established 2‑year‑old provision at Delves Infant and Nursery School continues to offer high‑quality early education for our youngest learners. We are now seeking a passionate, caring and dynamic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to lead the provision as we appoint a new member of our team. About the role You will work closely with the Early Years Leader to maintain an inspiring, nurturing and developmentally rich environment for 2‑year‑olds. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the day‑to‑day running of the provision Planning, delivering and evaluating engaging learning experiences tailored to the needs of 2‑year‑olds Creating a warm, stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel safe, confident and eager to explore Managing and supporting two Level 2 practitioners, ensuring strong teamwork and high‑quality practice Building positive relationships with families and working collaboratively with colleagues across the school About you We are looking to appoint someone who: Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification Is creative, enthusiastic and deeply committed to early years education Has experience working with 2‑year‑olds and a strong understanding of child development Is confident in leading others and maintaining high standards across the provision Is motivated to help children develop strong self‑belief and reach their full potential If you feel you have the drive, passion and commitment to make a real difference to young children’s early experiences, we would love to meet you.
