A minimum of two years’ experience successfully supporting pupils with high SEND needsThe successful candidate will have experience of adapting learning to successfully meet the needs of pupils with high SEND needs, including ASD, SLD, DLD and global delay. They will lead a team of experience teaching assistants based in the ARC provision, where pupils follow the Phoenix teaching and learning framework. The teacher will have a passion for working with pupils with high SEND needs and be committed to ensuring the children are happy in school and achieve their best academically, socially and emotionally.
