Assistant Headteacher

An Exciting Leadership Opportunity Willow Tree Academy is seeking an inspirational and ambitious Assistant Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team. You will: Work closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to drive school improvement priorities Lead a subject area across the curriculum, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment Be able to teach in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2, modelling outstanding practice, having an outstanding classroom environment and a passion for learning Use your expertise to support and inspire colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and professional development Contribute to whole-school strategies that raise attainment and accelerate pupil progress Play an active role in maintaining high standards in all areas, in line with recent Ofsted expectations Support and develop inclusive practice, with a particular interest in SEND desirable We Are Looking For Someone Who Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with experience across the primary curriculum Has successfully led a curriculum subject across the school Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to raising standards Is passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with additional needs Is a strong communicator who builds positive relationships with staff, pupils, and families Has the drive, creativity, and resilience to contribute
