About the role

St Joseph & St Theresa Catholic Primary School are seeking to employ a classroom teacher to start on the 1st September 2026 on a 12 month fixed term contract. At St Joseph & St Theresa we place our children at the centre of all we do; we value individuals, and the children are included in all aspects of school life. We aim to motivate children to develop their gifts to enable excellent progress in all areas of a broad and balanced curriculum. Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic classroom teacher, who can deliver an engaging, ambitious curriculum, ensuring inclusion for all so every child can achieve their potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher to work alongside an experienced and supportive team. We are a one‑form entry Catholic primary school, educating approximately 210 children, and 20-35 pupils in our pre school nursery. We are proud of our warm and nurturing environment and our dedicated staff team, who work collectively to ensure the highest standards of care, learning and welfare for all our pupils.
