Director of Pastoral Permanent / Full Time (Monday - Friday 36.66 hours per week) Start Date: As soon as possible Salary: Points 25-29 £36,363 - £39,862 FTE. Actual Salary £33,853.95 - £37,111.52 per annum, 42 weeks per year (which includes 15 working days during school holiday periods) The Role: This is a key position leading the year managers to ensure that the academy has a strong sense of belonging for our students, leading to high levels of discipline, mutual care and respect and improved levels of attendance and punctuality. The role involves line managing six pastoral managers and leading key parts of the academy’s improvement plan. Hathershaw College The Hathershaw College is a very successful and oversubscribed 11-16 Academy within the Pinnacle Learning Trust.
