We are seeking an outstanding practitioner to join our Curriculum Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in raising standards of student attainment across the school.
The successful candidate will support curriculum leaders by developing and enhancing the teaching practice of colleagues, evaluating the impact of pedagogical approaches, and strategically planning for continuous improvement in teaching and learning. You will lead on curriculum-area student support strategies, using data effectively to inform targeted interventions and drive progress.
This role includes supporting staff development through coaching, CPD delivery, and professional learning activities, as well as contributing to robust assessment, monitoring and evaluation processes. Working closely with SLT, you will help ensure high-quality teaching, effective student support programmes and strong outcomes for all learners.
