About the role

Temporary Part-time Class Teacher Required to work in a mixed aged Y3/Y4 class, five mornings per week, teaching English, Maths, Science and RE. M3-M6 ยฃ37,101 - ยฃ45,352 (pro rata) Required from 1st September 2026 for 1 year. The Academy Councillors at Ingleton C of E Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational and outstanding teacher to join our hardworking team. The post is to commence 1 September 2026. The successful candidate will become part of a committed team who have high expectations and believe in respect and success for all. Our children need a teacher who will take an interest in them as individuals and who will ensure that they make excellent progress by making learning exciting, memorable and fun. We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner who is able to demonstrate the following: Is committed to the ethos of our school Is a dynamic and innovative teacher Has high expectations of pupils and a commitment to raising standards Promotes excellence, enjoyment and fun in learning Has a positive attitude and a sense of humour Has experience of working across the primary age range.
