This is an exciting opening to join the team at Ecclesfield as a Pastoral Leader. This appointment

will have: • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, question, negotiate and reflect. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide range

of audiences including senior managers, parents/carers and external agencies. • The ability to deal with difficult situations and behaviours. • The ability to empathise with students, developing trust and respectful relationships. • A minimum of GCSE or equivalent Level 2 in literacy and numeracy.
