Salary : CSET 10 ยฃ26,403 FTE. ยฃ8,899 prorated
Hours : 14.5 hours per week. Term time only + INSET
Working days : 2 per week Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to 3:30pm

About the Role
As a Student Support Administrator, you will provide essential organisational and administrative support to our Heads of House and the wider pastoral team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Handling document preparation, producing spreadsheets, collecting/collating information and tracking student data.
Supporting administrative colleagues.
Provide support to the pastoral team (Heads of House/Assistant Headteacher/Student Support Team and Senior Behaviour Lead).
Provide attendance administrative support during periods of staff absence
Provide reception cover
To create risk assessments for students with injuries (training will be provided)
Acting as a role model by upholding school values and promoting the safety and welfare of all young people.
About You
We are seeking a proactive professional who can manage their workload independently and multitask effectively in a busy environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
A good standard of education and proven experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Excellent communication skills, a "can-do" outcome-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A high level of personal integrity, displaying empathy and respect for others while remaining consistent and honest.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues as they arise, with sharp attention to detail.
