We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Manager to lead the effective management of our school estate, ensuring that buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for purpose. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and senior leaders, the Facilities Manager will have responsibility for premises management, health and safety compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, site security and oversight of school lettings and community use. The role plays a key part in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school while also contributing to longer‑term estate planning and improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities or estates professional who enjoys combining hands‑on problem‑solving with clear leadership and accountability, and who takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
