The Role As an Assistant Headteacher, you will: Be a role model for the highest quality classroom teaching Model consistently high-quality teaching and learning Drive standards and pupil outcomes, especially for vulnerable pupils Lead on key areas across the school Support and develop colleagues through coaching and professional dialogue Work closely with senior leaders to evaluate impact and inform school improvement priorities This role requires a leader who combines high expectations with emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of how children learn .
