Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and
stimulating learning environment for young children, fostering their
development across various domains. This role offers an opportunity to make a
meaningful impact on children's lives through engaging and age-appropriate
teaching methods.
Generic Responsibilities
To
promote the aims and objectives of the school and maintain its philosophy
of education and to support the Headteacher in promoting the ethos of the
school.
To
meet and conform to the appropriate standards set out in the Teachers
Standards and the current School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions document or
such other revised document/s as identified by the Department for
Education.
To
follow any current and applicable School Policies under the direction of
the Headteacher.
To
respond to the needs of the school, with particular reference to the
teaching of groups and classes within the school, as deemed necessary by
the Headteacher
Proven
experience in early childhood education or a related field
Strong
behaviour management skills with the ability to foster positive classroom
environments
Excellent
teaching abilities tailored to young children’s learning styles
Exceptional
communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage
children, parents, and colleagues effectively
Organised
with the ability to plan lessons and manage classroom activities
efficiently
Empathetic
and patient demeanour with a genuine passion for early childhood
development

meet the expectations of a class teacher as determined by the Teachers’
Standards document and the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document
