Required for September 2026 SENDCO TLR 1c (Β£14,876) + MS - UPS (OLA) Woodbridge High School is a successful school situated in the heart of Woodford Green, North East London. It is fully comprehensive with an ethnically and socially diverse intake. We are currently looking for a SENDCO to join our inclusion team. The successful applicant will: Have experience and proven success in teaching pupils with special educational needs in mainstream comprehensive schools Have experience of leading staff development with relation to inclusion Have experience of working in a multi-cultural school and a commitment to equal opportunities Have the ability to lead the department's provision for exam access arrangements Have the ability to have a small mainstream teaching allocation; subject specialism is not important. Have an appropriate SENDCO qualification, either NASENCO or NPQ for SENDCOs, or be willing to complete this within the coming year. Have a qualification in exam access arrangement assessment or be willing to undertake this in the future.
