The role will involve teaching in a Key Stage 1 class of mixed Year 1 and Year 2 pupils. We are seeking a teacher in the early stages of their career, ideally with up to three years’ experience. The ideal candidate will: Have high aspirations and high expectations of all children’s learning and behaviour Have a positive attitude and will share our Trust vision, enthusiasm and commitment to improve the pupil’s life chances Establish good working relationships with colleagues and pupils, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally Have up to three years’ experience in primary school teaching Have excellent communication, verbally and in writing, including with parents.
