Post: Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead Location: Thomas Hall School, Exeter, Devon, EX4 5AD FTE Salary Range: Grade F pt 22-25 £33,699 - £36,363 FTE. Summary A caring and dynamic individual that will provide support for students and families, delivering outstanding safeguarding to all. About the role Co-ordinate, and attend various family meetings involving other agencies. Supporting with in-school behaviour and upholding expectations. Ensuring pupils are safe and appropriate policies are followed, enhancing safeguarding practices and deliver training where needed. Taking an active role in improving attendance across secondary and primary phases of the school. About the successful candidate A flexible and resilient individual that can work as part of a team, and independently as part of their role, that can implement safeguarding processes and hold delegated responsibilities on behalf of Designated safeguarding lead. Supporting student to achieve their full potential and improve engagement at school including attendance.
