Following the retirement of our highly regarded post holder; an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our schools. Your teaching commitment will be at Scawby Academy where you will create an introduction to schooling that is both ambitious and nurturing, ensuring a successful start to a child’s learning journey. In The EYFS Classroom Create & Stimulate: Build a safe, inclusive space where play-based learning sparks curiosity and growth. Inspire Growth: Utilise reflective practice to ensure every child receives the bespoke support and challenge they need to excel. Build Foundations: Drive excellence through a vibrant curriculum designed to support, inspire, and unlock every child’s potential. As Our SENCo Strategic Vision: Determine the development of SEN policy and provision across the school. Day-to-Day Leadership: Coordinate specific provisions for pupils with SEND or disabilities. Guide & Collaborate: Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies. Who You Are We are looking for an experienced teacher or an existing/aspiring SENDCo who brings: A Passion for Inclusion: A deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and a commitment to raising standards. Relational Excellence: The ability to build strong, positive bonds with pupils, staff, and stakeholders. Proactive Leadership: Excellent organisational skills and the flexibility to navigate an evolving educational landscape. What We Can Offer?
